  • Please choose based on your pet’s body length, sleeping position, and the usable sleeping area rather than weight or size name alone. If your pet is between sizes, likes to stretch out, or you prefer extra room, we recommend choosing the larger size.

  • The bed is vacuum-compressed for shipping, so it may look flat or wrinkled when first opened. Gently shake, fluff, and reshape it, then allow time for the filling and fabric to recover.

  • After unpacking, shake and fluff the bed, redistribute the filling by hand, and smooth the fabric and bolsters. Allow about 24–48 hours for the bed to expand and regain its natural shape.

  • This is a soft, lightweight lounging bed designed for curling up, relaxing and everyday naps. It is not a rigid sofa-style bed or a high-density orthopedic mattress. The padded sides and backrest are soft and will compress naturally during use.

  • Remove the cushion first, then spot clean or vacuum as needed. Allow all parts to air dry completely before use. Do not machine wash or soak the bed.
